Shipping Policy
We cannot ship to NT, WA or TAS due to biosecurity laws.
Livestock orders are express only.
We ship orders from Monday to Wednesday (cut-off time: 1 pm Wednesday).
Orders placed after 1 pm Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
This is to ensure that your plants/live goods have the best chance of arriving healthy and within the week.
We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and you will receive an update once it has been shipped.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all plants and livestock.
If your order arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact us at thehobbyaquaristroselands@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a refund or replacement.
Please note we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges to preserve the health and safety of our tanks.
