Returns & Guarantee

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all plants and livestock.

If your order arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can arrange a refund.

We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on live plants or livestock. This is to maintain the health and safety of our tanks.
